PPLE our class blog is DEAD =X haha, update laaa destinians. lol, im trying to find a new template, this template abit old le uh. and our tagboard is DYING also. hurhur, let's revive our blog yeh. yu guys if got nice skins just change the template alrights. oh and evryone knws abt the class outing to www on the 21st yehs ? haha. i think miao's vry thorough in informing evryone abt it. just in case yu guys dono, below are the info :

meet at PASIR RIS MRT STATION on 21st JUNE, TUESDAY at either 9.30am OR 11.00am OR in between these times alrights. we'll be eating lunch in btw 9.30-11.00 am, so pple who wana have lunch tgr wiv us pls come btw these times okay. [ me jp mian miao sean joey have confirmed eating lunch at pasir ris, anymore pple pls inform miao ]. if not HAVE YOR LUNCH FIRST bfore coming. for pple meeting at the mrt station, we'll reach WWW at arnd 11.30-11.45am. so pple who stays near there and wants to go there emselves, can meet us at WWW entrance in btw 11.30-1145am. yes, and then, for pple meeting to have lunch tgr wiv us, pls bring more than 20BUX so that yu'll have enough money for the rest of the day. for those not eating lunch wiv us, bring a MINIMUM of 20BUX also. we'll be having a class dinner, and the money needed for the dinner has been included into the 20bux alrdy.

stuffs yu need to bring :

1. BATHING STUFF - towel shampoo soap etc.

2. swimming gear [ actualy sometimes can anyhow bluff in one. but owels, just in case :) ]

3. dry clothes [ common sense la huh :) ] and plastic bags to put in yor wet stufs.

4. ezlink and money

5. comb, sunblock these kinda stufs .. see whthr yu guys wana bring yorselves ..

6. pple who can bring CAMERA pls bring also kies, will be put into the locker de, so wont missing or get wet or anything yeh ..

7. i'll be bringing the FUNKEY CARD, if anyone else has it pls bring it also yup .. just in case i forgot abt mine or i lost mine or smthg stupid happens to it la k .. haha

[x] got two slides cant wear shirts in hur. so if yu guys wana play that one, then dont wear yor tees in hur ..

[x] can go back into the pool aftr yu got out .. there's this new chop .. they wil chop if yu say yu wana go back in, MUST SAY uh, only UV RAY can see one .. so yehs, haha.

The timetable for the upcoming tests is as follows -

Week 8: Monday - History, 3.45pm
Tuesday - Maths (anyone knows the time?)
Thursday - Social Studies, class period (9.45am)
Week 9: Monday - Language Arts (afternoon; time not confirmed yet)

heyx penguin here.

hmmm this week has been a really trying week. week 6 ain't it. sighex mid term blues. tired out. fatigue. exhaustion. somehow the 1destiners seem underfire. just takes one of us to be crabby for the whole class to feel crabby. lolx. okie so that's one thing we have in common ya. the domino emotion effect in class seems really efficient. now if we could extend that to our homework.... we'll be a WONDER class. haha

aniwae the main purpose i'm posting here when i could be sleeping is that we need to put that BOUNCE boiing boiing back in out lifes. away with the blues, greys and black we'll exchange our moods for yellow, orange and green. which incidentally is the colour of our school uni and classroom. haha okie i'm crappy. but aniwae come on ppl lets cheerup ya. haha okie own up, the person who started this horrid emotional tiring chain.

oh wait. i think it's me. shuckeroodoo. i'm sorry ya. yupx must be me. bad penguin. cos penguin came to school on mondae looking gloomy. smacks penguin. haha penguin is sorry that she made the whole class go through a horrid week. forgive penguin ya.

now i know a lot of us are reminiscing and stuff. suddenly we're missing our secondary days like crazee. i wonder why. whatever the case is, rmb peeps that we all have each other now. tho each of us has our many wonderful memories of times long gone, and sometimes we feel like nothing we'll ever replace them with time we'll learn to move on. for memories are like scars left unrecovered. one day the pain once so stinging will pass. we'll learn to look at the scar and smile. for in turn is a stronger us. one who can look at adversity and go *bring it on*. we'll fondle these memories and thank them. for they helped us grow. now each one of us has many different memory scars, all unique and different. as a class we can't help each other erase these scars, instead we can offer bandages and TLC. okie i'm sounding a tad too chim here. still peeps you guys shld get the gist of what i'm saying. come what may we'll all be here. so turn to your left when you need a listening ear and to your right when you need a comforting shoulder.

so come one my little destiners. lets smile like there's no tomorrow. grin like there's no yesterdae. laugh like there's no today and love like there's no forever.

we can do it! i know we can. for we believe in ourselves don't we. after all it's when we lose faith in ourselves that all faith is essentially lost. so cheerup dearies. life's like a box of chocolates you never know whatcha goin to get. looks like we all got BAD choccies this week. well at least i have a consolation for ya. next week we can't be that UNLUCKY to get two bad choccies in a row. so its a guarantee good chocolate next week. lolx.

The odds were very much against them but our very own TJ volleyball boys team overcame them with utmost determination and grace and kicked anderson junior college out of the National Schools Volleyball Championship today at CCAB!! It is a tight tug-and-war game between the two titans, and Aj took the lead by winning the first game but our boys followed closely between and balanced up the score with a win in the second set. it became a game of alternate wins until the fifth set when our boys started off the game by leading Aj by the nose with a score of 3-1. Aj tried to overtake us, but alas, the boys kept them safely off at bay. By the time the score was 12-14, it was clear who's the winner. The aj team despaired and the game ended with a magnificent spike from no.18 or no. 7 [forgot already, mian doesn't have fantastic memory lol]. It was a glorious win not because we were superior to the AJ team in skills but because our boys preservere through the game and gave their best to secure a place in the finals. Their spirits were indeed commendable!

actually after typing so much nonsense, all i really wanna say is that

TJC WON AJC IN VOLLEYBALL SEMI-FINALS

COME DOWN TO CCAB ON 11MAY TO CHEER THEM ON IN THE FINALS

THEY NEED SUPPORT AND ONLY TJC CAN GIVE THEM THAT

COME ON DOWN AND JOIN THEM IN THEIR QUEST FOR GOLD!

p.s. There should be buses to charter you guys there, details not confirmed

lastly, i wanna salute our opponent, AJC, for putting on such a brave fight today.

fine since i've got SO much time i shall post for the benefit of 1D. thoughtful me x)

lets see what's there to crap about?
-how about the horrendous nonsensical thing that's piling up on us. if you guys didn't know it's called homework. someone should seriously tell the teachers to reign in their horses. like HELLO do we look like octopuses with 8 tentacles to attend to 8 different horses all uniquely different and uniquely UNunderstanding?

-then there's the matter of the class tee. now who was the BRIGHT kid who said that the jersey was a fine idea? wow i applaud you for your brightness. i didn't know that the whole class was in unision when the decision to make a class tee wait JERSEY was decided upon. why not lets have it this way : since girls are sterotyped to like BARBIE DOLLs and guys soccer, we'll do a little switchalogy. how about the girls wear jerseys and the guys HOT PINK barbie doll shirts. extra small, shrink and showing off whatever assets they have. and the girls can have baggy shirts covering whatever assets they have. lolx (courtesy of kerry with penguin's little touch)

amanda got 3rd for 100m heats 1.. when she was so scared at first.. she is actually a gd runner...
i got 1st for 100m heats 2.. which is lan.. coz jane was right behind mii.. she oso very pro..
den beale got 2nd for 100m heats 2... which is pro... lee tat and him were running like crazy...
den rongbin.. i not sure.. coz.. i only saw from the back.. but. i think at least 1st 3 right? yah.. jia you hor..
den wang meng did her best in the 400m event... though she was not first.. but i noe she tried her best! wang meng, u are the best!
den beale and zhong ting ran the 400m event and they got 1st and 2nd respectively.. good job!

good evening 1D, it has been a day of mixed emotions, hasn't it? sigh. the LA paper was horrid. the comprehension was horrible. ahh.

oh no i've just realised we are getting back higher chinese tomorrow. does not bode well. bah!

anyhow, just wanted to tell you guys - i don't know if i share woonyee's sentiments, but this is how i view the upcoming TASC elections.

Please don't feel obligated to vote for me just because I'm a member of 1D. If you think I'm not up to the task, don't. You guys are voting for your future council. This council will be in charge of you for the next two years. Whoever you elect to the council will make your decisions for you. Therefore, the gist of this is that whoever you elect needs to be responsible and has to possess adequate leadership. While I would love the class's wholehearted support, I understand you guys have friends from other classes whom you'd like to vote for, and I don't blame you. Please see us as equal to the other candidates, and base your votes on an equal slate. I wouldn't want you guys to be bound to voting for me because of the notion of supporting your classmates. Thanks, yeah, for all the support/constructive criticism/grilling - last two apply to mian, haha, that you've given me. I appreciate it. God bless!

Anyway, let's all be excited about this new venture! It isn't every class that has a weblog, y'know. I bet all the other classes will soon want to follow suit, heh. I know everyone here is civilized (thank goodness), but I'll just list a bane of the blogging world below

That is, and probably will be, the only rule around here. This is a class blog, we shouldn't be imposing all these no-spamming rules, because I know I'd be one of the first people to break that rule. :) Oh, and using the tagboard as a portal to convey messages of heartfelt emotion (uhm, put more simply, love notes) is strictly forbidden - NOT! Post away... racy tales may follow. :)

If anyone has any suggestions at all, wacky or practical, please feel free to post on the tag-board. This blog isn't perfect by any means, so we'll all have to keep improving it. But this's a step in the right direction!

Oh yeah, we need a photographer. A class photographer, preferably someone who can handle a camera well and take quality shots of everyday school life, then we can post pictures here. Any volunteers?
